the only thing I believe in more than the spirit of innovation is people. i choose to - whatever that makes me, i accept proudly. i’ve seen people do too many amazing things to not work to see more happen. so i worked backwards and believe wholeheartedly that this is the way. the most valuable tool for growth is talent and culture - we believe in an intentionally process inclusive of culture way to not only to help grow your business, but to see more things grow.

meet Brian
confession: growing up, we all remember the question: "What do you want to be when you grow up?" If I had a dollar for every time I answered, "a superhero who helps people," I’d be wealthy. Today, I’d describe myself as a latte-powered local coffee shop regular, a Jeopardy enthusiast, an unpaid assistant general manager for the Pittsburgh Steelers (as we all are — #HereWeGo), and a forward-obsessed ENFJ Protagonist who by day (and every other waking hour) has proudly and humbly been called to build QualifiedHuman, driven by a passion for people and performance.
I’ve always been drawn to heroes — whether from sports or mythology — its never been about the win, but more by the journey of achieving the the improbable - the impossible. Being raised by two teachers instilled in me the values of hard work, achievement, and the importance of being a great listener, student, and just caring about people.
With an MBA, a TEDx speaker, Harvard Machine Learning educated and leadership roles and acknowledgment from some of the most recognizable brands in the world all accounted for — now I use all of this to help people and companies that stand for something.
Talent wasn’t my native language, but leading and knowing people always has been. Certified in talent sourcing, machine learning and proud to have built a world class diversity recruitment strategy and engine - I’m fluent in the nuanced art that is diversity recruitment leadership - it gives me a unique vantage point on what happens when the right talent marries the right company. Plainly, representation and bottom-line growth correlate — every time, in every industry, regardless of scale. My career is living proof. My continued work in executive search, talent sourcing, and talent strategy consulting has only clarified my purpose further in this: connecting people with their potential.
I couldn’t be prouder to be from Pittsburgh — it’s more than just where I’m from; it’s part of who I am. Loyal, passionate, and hardworking to my core. I get to be coach and a board member within my city, but my greatest title, by far, is being Jack’s dad. I’m convinced my son is the real-life superhero whose smile reminds me daily that heroes don’t just live in stories — sometimes they call you Daddy.
LinkedIn gets more formal - but a peak behind the curtain won’t harm what is to be.
